Key responsibilities:
* Prioritize employee safety and well-being
* Coach, mentor, and motivate team to meet production targets
* Foster cross-functional relationships and promote best practices
* Lead safety and improvement meetings
* Oversee production-related tasks and ensure accuracy
* Operate equipment and train employees on safe use
* Drive continuous process improvements
* Actively engage with and work alongside your team daily
What you bring to the table:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and attention
to detail. You should have previous supervisory and mechanical aptitude to learn manufacturing
equipment operation with a passion for coaching and developing employees. A willingness to work
both day and night shifts, along with reliable transportation, is a must. While a post-secondary
education is an asset, we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the
company.
Starting Wage: $23.00
