As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating the legal transfer of property ownership from one party to another. This is a crucial role in the real estate industry, ensuring that all necessary documents and processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The Role: Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions - all title types Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information from relevant authorities Coordinate with lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth within our organization. The Person: We’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You should be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a busy environment, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Ideally a Minimum of 5 years of experience as a conveyancing fee earner, managing your own caseload. But will consider less. Strong experience with Freehold, Leasehold and ideally New Build properties and using case management systems. Proficient in using the Land Registry Portal. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong risk assessment and decision-making abilities. Team player with excellent time management and organisational skills. Commercial awareness and an ability to spot business opportunities. Competent with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, email, and internet. High attention to detail and accuracy in figures. Experience handling Remortgage Office based role - 2 days from home available after probation Other: 21 days Stats rising to 28 Stats Bonus 9 - 5pm - 1hr Lunch
