Your Role
As Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of financial decision-making, overseeing accounts, payroll, reporting, and cash flow across two thriving business units. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing all accounting functions, including statutory and management accounts.
2. Overseeing cash flow, supplier negotiations, and financial reporting.
3. Consolidating financial data from both divisions to provide key insights.
4. Leading financial meetings, advising on strategy, and ensuring compliance.
5. Providing leadership and support to finance staff across locations.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with:
1. Experience in an SME environment, managing multiple business units.
2. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence financial decisions.
3. Proven expertise in cash flow management, reporting, and compliance.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
5. A proactive, analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
6. Willingness to travel between York and Enfield as required.
