Norfolk Primary Care Ltd (NPC) is a GP Provider Organisation (GPPO) providing clinical services in North Norfolk. Our shareholders are an alliance of GP Practices in Norfolk. The GP Front Door Service launched as a response to heightened demand at the Emergency Department (ED). The service operates much like a branch GP practice would, with the ability to see patients from a wider number of practices. Since inception, the service has expanded to operating 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and is currently operating with two clinicians and one receptionist per day. The service also now has the ability to see patients that are registered at GP practices across Norfolk.
