This role focuses on overseeing engineering and manufacturing-related projects across the North West (primarily in the Wirral area), ensuring exceptional project delivery standards. As our Site Supervisor, youll coordinate on-site activities, manage sub-contractors, and maintain high standards in health, safety, and quality control. Youll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring smooth communication across project teams. Key Responsibilities of our Site Supervisor: Oversee and manage daily site activities for engineering and manufacturing projects. Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Enforce compliance with health and safety protocols, including conducting briefings and site inspections. Address any on-site incidents per incident response procedures. Act as a liaison between site teams, contractors, and the project management team. Ensure work quality aligns with project specifications and standards. Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently to minimise delays. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, inspections, and attendance. Update clients on project progress according to the communication plan. Support the management of change/variations to track additional scope requests. Assist divisional leads with cost estimation and quote preparation. What Were Looking For Extensive experience in manufacturing projects. Strong knowledge of engineering or manufacturing processes, materials, and tools. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule. Strong individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in engineering/manufacturing environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (preferable). CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS certification (required).
