Role Description Build your own training practice and help companies improve their sales and negotiation performance. As a partner in our consultant network, you will be able to build a business of your own, giving you the freedom to do what you love while building a sustainable income stream. This is a full-time, remote role for an Independent Consultant. The Independent Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise and consultative services to clients in the areas of sales and negotiation. Specific day-to-day tasks may include conducting assessments, leading workshops and trainings, developing customized solutions, and providing ongoing support to clients. As a consultant, you will also be busy finding new customers, leveraging existing customer relationships and training & coaching sales teams. Your discussion partners will be commercial directors and management teams with whom you will work on change processes. You will get the greatest satisfaction from training & coaching; from the feedback of the participants and the great strides you see them make in practice. Ideal candidates are: Sales leaders with high personal ambitions and management experience Considering the idea of creating their own economy as independent consultant & partner Interested in continuous learning and development Graduated with a bachelor's degree Partner consultants at Hovingh & Partners have no fixed salary.
