As Project Coordinator you will support the Contracts Manager to deliver projects smoothly and successfully on time and on budget whilst meeting the client's requirements. This is a fast paced, varied role where you can build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers and use your initiative to source, negotiate and purchase from suppliers to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction or Design & Build field with a keen interest in Interior Design. Excellent career development opportunities in a growing consultancy.
Duties include
1. Working with the Interiors and Furniture team to provide project and administrative support for all projects
2. Obtaining quotations, understanding lead times and prices on products and suppliers, advising clients accordingly and obtaining their approval to proceed
3. Raising orders in the internal PO system, requesting client POs and placing orders with suppliers
4. Tracking delivery of orders, constantly maintaining communication with the relevant parties (colleagues, clients, contractors)
