Come join Fibromyalgia Action UK, a small friendly team who are looking for someone to provide support to the charity team and assist with administration and fundraising activities.
Responsibilities:
* Using Microsoft 365, CiviCRM and MailerLite for newsletters and managing data
* Providing admin support for fundraising activities which will include the recording of donations, thanking of donors and sending out certificates
* Assisting with the implementation of the charity’s social media activities across multiple channels such as Twitter and Facebook
* Answering phones, taking messages and dealing with enquiries
* Acting in a customer care capacity, responding appropriately to online queries and questions
* Providing content support, which will include updating content, refreshing images, videos and updating fundraising campaigns
* Collating images for use in publicity materials, website and across social media channels
* Capturing footage and editing to create short promotional films for use on charity website and across social media channels
Required skills:
1. Good knowledge of MS Office applications
2. Very good communication skills on the phone and in writing
