Keeping a log of supplier complaints and reporting on status once a month for management meeting, Completing designated internal Factory audits to schedule as confirmed by supervisor. Completed environmental monitoring program to meet requirements in Quality Management System. Ensure all paperwork and samples are correctly filed away in a timely manner, · Aid the supervisor in the investigation of customer complaints, Acquire sufficient knowledge of the materials, products, and test procedures to understand broadly the purpose and significance of the tasks which are being performed, Use familiarity with day-to-day operations to suggest improvements in equipment, technique, and evaluation, Carry out all operations safely and without risk to themselves or to others; observing company and departmental safety rules at all times, Complete calibration tasks as directed by supervisor General Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored tidily and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. Deal with and report malfunctions of equipment and arrange appropriate action. Carry out other analysis or testing as required.
