We're seeking a Senior Living Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing high-quality retirement communities that meet the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
* Designing innovative community spaces that promote resident engagement and satisfaction
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident experience
* Collaborating with our maintenance team to ensure all facilities meet the highest standards
* Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 3 years of experience in community development or a related field
* A strong understanding of community dynamics and resident needs
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* The ability to think creatively and outside the box
