Job Summary
The Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WAST) is looking for a highly professional, motivated, and reliable individual to undertake administrative and secretarial duties to support the Clinical Directorate's Clinical Logistics Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment providing professional administrative support and resolving day-to-day challenges.
There is a requirement to attend site regularly.

Main Duties of the Job
In order to provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support, you will have:
* An extensive knowledge of administrative procedures.
* The ability to use your own initiative to prioritise a varied workload.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good organisational and time management qualities.
* The ability to appropriately manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information, exercising discretion, and always upholding high professional and ethical standards.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and/or Knowledge (Essential)
* NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent qualification.
* RSA Stage II typing / word processing qualifications or equivalent.
