Experienced Support Worker

Responsibilities:
1. Helping clients with household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry as well as supporting with social activities.
2. Supporting clients with preparing meals at the appropriate time when required.
3. Administering oral and topical medication.
4. Providing mental and emotional support.
5. Supporting family members and healthcare personnel on the plan of care.
6. Organizing suitable recreational activities for the clients.
7. Collaborating with other health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care.
Candidates must have:
* A flexible work approach and the ability to undertake duties during the day, in the evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as required (based on monthly rotas) – including bank holidays or public holidays.
* High proficiency in the use of IT and MS Office.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
