If you enjoy being involved in a project from start to finish, this role could be the perfect fit for you As a Trainee Turnkey Project Manager, you will learn how to: Manage a team : Guide your team to ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards. Keep projects on track : Help deliver projects smoothly and manage client expectations. Oversee production : Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with the plan. Follow safety rules : Manage projects in line with CDM regulations and ensure health and safety is managed on site. Support planning: Help with scheduling and organising the building process. Manage groundworks: Oversee groundworks and the finishing touches inside the buildings. Build client relationships : Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice. Attend site meetings : Effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports. Manage & track budgets: Keep an eye on project expenses and discuss any variations with clients throughout the project. Improve operations: Review procedures, best practices and initiatives to improve work flow. Collaborate with departments : Work closely with our architects, contractors, business managers, designers, carpenters, and site crews. Ensure quality & safety : Strive for the highest standards of work and safety on-site. Communicate safety procedures: Share safe working practices with your team to keep everyone safe.
