Job Title: Part Sales Advisor Location: Burton Branch Salary: £26,775 - £28,500 DOE Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part Sales Advisor to join our team in Burton. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via Telephone and Sales Counter. Accurately fulfill customers’ product requirements. Communicate promotions and offers effectively. Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely product deliveries. Maintain and uphold the company's high standards. Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.5-hour days) with alternate Saturdays. Working hours between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, including a 30-minute meal break. Requirements: Previous experience in Motor Factor Sales. Computer literacy and basic IT skills. Familiarity with MAM software (or similar) and OE cataloguing sites. Strong communication skills, especially under pressure. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Professional demeanor and appearance. Right to work in the UK.
