We're on the lookout for dedicated Business Sales Executive professionals to join an ever-expanding global business. As a consultant, you will be conducting outbound calls to new businesses via telephone, building business relationships, and explaining the services they can provide to solve their HR, Employment Law, and Payment Rewards needs.
With some of their consultants in the office reaching £70K+ take-home earnings last year, they set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to generate leads and establish initial contact. Resilience and a can-do attitude are key, as these can be cold calls.
2. Identify and target potential business opportunities, qualifying leads based on their potential value and fit with our offerings.
3. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations that you pass forward to Business Development Managers (BDMs) who can then finalize the win of the business for you!
4. Build and maintain your own robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.
5. Work closely with the BDMs and the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and refine sales approaches.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance your sales tactics.
7. Provide regular reports on your lead generation activities, appointment setting, and sales performance to management.
What You Offer:
1. Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in Sales, and if you have direct B2B experience, we want to hear from you.
2. A resilient and driven attitude is essential to this role, as cold calling and lead generation are daily activities, and your success will always depend on your drive!
3. Excellent communication skills and a confident ability to build rapport and create strong professional relationships.
4. Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities, with the adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team environment.
5. Time management skills and a strong self-motivated drive to succeed are necessary.
6. Previous experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
