Working directly with the Managing Director of Venari Partners, this role will not only be an integral part of helping the business run smoothly but will also play a significant role in managing the logistics of our Aviation Practice. Working also alongside the wider team, this person will work with clients all over the world - many of whom are C-level executives. This team is growing rapidly, and with an increasing volume of demand – this role will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and continue delivering a high standard of customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the complex international diary of the Managing Director.
* Keeping our internal database up to date with client/candidate details, live roles we are recruiting for, active interviews, etc.
* Work alongside sales/research consultants to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
* Liaising with candidates and clients to schedule events, interviews and meetings
* Supporting the team with travel bookings and event planning
* Supporting the planning and management of any events as required.
* Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and practice including, paperwork, proofing documents and other administrative tasks
* Assisting with office management and general business operations
* Demonstrate a commitment to the practice and innovation within the wider business
Other administrative requirements as required from time to time including completing ad-hoc tasks. Our clients are global, and our consultants may require help outside of office hours.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently.
* Competent in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Someone who can build personal relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
* An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
* A superb work ethic and excellent time management skills. This role can be challenging, hours can be long and unpredictable.
