Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through various face-to-face channels to understand and address their needs.
* Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and interests promptly and effectively.
* Work with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer experiences.
* Maintain targets and up-to-date knowledge of our services and products to provide accurate information to customers.
* Give customer feedback on products and provide insights to help improve our services.
* Upsell products and services for Charity Partners such as British Heart Foundation, Sky, Talktalk, and many more.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is good, but not required.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £1,450.00-£2,152.00 per month
