Introduction to the Role As a Senior Digital Designer at Global, you’ll be at the forefront of creating captivating digital experiences for our audiences. Your designs will engage listeners and drive competition participation, bringing our brands to life in memorable ways. As a Senior Digital Designer at Global, You Will: Key Responsibilities Competition Page Design (30%) : Lead the design process for our competition pages, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and meet partner expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%) : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts. Prototyping and Implementation (20%) : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas, gather feedback, and work with developers to ensure seamless implementation on digital platforms. User Experience Optimization (20%) : Regularly review and optimize designs to enhance user experience and boost engagement. Innovation and Trend Awareness (10%) : Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for creative solutions that push design boundaries. What Success Looks Like In your first few months, you’ll have: Developed a strong understanding of our brands, competitors, and the broader market. Showcased your creative passion through eye-catching, cutting-edge designs. Played a key role in delivering world-class creative that contributes to Global’s commercial success. Demonstrated strong collaboration skills, effectively communicating with peers and stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Need Proven background as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio of work on digital platforms, ideally within entertainment or media. Extensive experience working with developers and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React). Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, with a focus on intuitive and engaging user experiences. Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying design concepts to stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high creativity and attention to detail.
