As an operational leader (s)he improves process effectiveness and efficiency across the manufacturing cluster or function by embedding the GSK Production system Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: As a member of the GPS LT, own and evolve the GSK Production system to be industry leading Build an excellent business partnership with business leaders to influence & collaborate embedding GPS in the ways of working to create win-win solutions Support the cluster/function with the definition and prioritisation of GPS programmes and projects in line with the strategy and goals Define, drive, build, embed and maintain the required GPS Capabilities across all manufacturing cluster sites or function with stakeholders. Ensure appropriate capability exists in coaching and training so sites and functions are autonomous in their deployment of the standard GPS programme Monitor the quality of the GPS deployment through standardised process confirmation on a scheduled frequency. Develop a scorecard to measure and monitor delivery of the GPS programme including behaviours and value, financial and non financial delivered through GPS Lead and coordinate resolution of critical business issue operational and transactional through GPS deployment including strong change management requirements Deliver & identify step change improvement in breakthrough objectives and balanced scorecard aspirations while developing GPS capabilities across cluster/function Maximise the use of technology and deploy standard digital levers to accelerate the GPS programme evolution Lead GPS council as part of the standard GSC governance. Collaborate with GPS site and functional GPS teams to identify best practices and proactively co-create next generation programme elements where required Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operation procedures, and industry practice. Adhere to all GSK safety guidelines and procedures, GSK Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures as applicable Why you?
