Job Title: Senior/Team Leader
Location: Bedfordshire/North Hertfordshire
Salary: £33,306 – £35,568 per annum (including sleeping shifts at £60 per night)
Working Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week, operating on a shift basis of 2 days on followed by 4 days off
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Home: Small homes with a high focus on outcomes
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner or equivalent
Experience in Years: Minimum two years working with children/young people, with at least one year in a senior role within a children’s home setting

Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual with experience in working with children and young people, particularly those with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least two years’ experience in working with children/young people.
* A minimum of one year at a senior level within a children’s home setting.
* Experience in managing a staff team.
* Strong communication and written skills.
* The ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, professionals, and the young people in our care.
* A completed NVQ Level 4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
