Head of CDM Services Location: York, UK (open to other locations for the right person) About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join Tersus, part of Marlowe Environmental Services, as their Head of CDM Services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape their CDM consultancy division, build a strong team, and make a real impact. If you’re someone who thrives on innovation, safety, and building strong relationships, this role is for you What You’ll Be Doing: Leadership: You’ll drive the growth of their CDM services, strengthen client relationships, and lead the development of Principal Designer services. Team Development: You’ll lead and mentor a talented team, recruit top talent, and make sure resources are allocated to deliver excellence. Project Oversight: You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, meet safety standards, and continuously improve based on feedback. Client Relationships: You’ll be the go-to advisor for key clients, crafting proposals, delivering presentations, and representing Tersus at industry events. Innovation & Compliance: You’ll stay ahead of CDM regulations and bring fresh ideas to improve Tersus' services and processes. Who We’re Looking For: Qualifications: You’ll have a degree in construction or a related field, along with a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (NEBOSH Diploma preferred) and membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., APS, IOSH, RICS, RIBA, ICE). Experience: You’re experienced as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
