Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor:
* Provide a quality, tailored, and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients
* Liaise with clients, third parties, and medical experts
* Provide clear, timely advice to clients on liability, compensation, and other legal issues
* Manage own time effectively to achieve targets and display excellent file management skills
* Maintain own caseload, and obtain appropriate guidance from Senior Lawyers when required
* Complete legal documents including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Personal Injury Solicitor:
* 4-8 years PQE in Personal Injury Law
* Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied and busy caseload
* Strong IT skills and proficiency using legal software
* Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, including litigation and settlement negotiations
