Senior Marketing Systems Manager
Role Overview: As a Senior Marketing Systems Manager, you will lead the Marketing technology team in co-owning and managing the configuration and management of the third-party SAAS system used by the communications community. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing the people, process, and technology changes needed to make the marketing community effective and ensure the maintenance of a compliant marketing asset universe. In addition to ensuring the systems operate effectively, you will drive continuous improvement activities, education, and day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Marketing System Managers in managing the 3rd Party SAAS system used across M&G.
* Develop and manage the relationship with our 3rd party supplier.
* Lead and continuously improve our marketing communication configuration, workflows, systems, and controls for Life Marketing.
* Provide strategic guidance and training on the use of workflows and DAM.
* Devise and manage data integrity processes.
* Represent the team on marketing infrastructure projects, acting as a senior subject matter expert on system processes and how they can facilitate current and future marketing processes.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Extensive experience in creating and managing online workflows, including those involved in the approval and publication of communications.
* SAAS experience and able to demonstrate leading a high functioning team through change in a fast paced environment.
* Proficiency in manipulating data and presenting insights, with experience in using/creating reports in Power BI being a plus.
* Experience in a technical support environment, including troubleshooting root causes and resolving software and hardware issues.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
* Experience in managing and leveraging third-party suppliers.
