Technical Compliance Co-ordinator Lisburn Area - £25-28K Monday-Friday (6.30am-2.30pm) To audit, monitor and evaluate implementation of Quality Systems and Procedures To provide technical support for functional teams. Maintaining and promoting food safety, quality, and integrity standards across the factory site. Report / collate site weekly KPI information and generate useful methods (e.g., PowerPoint documents) to report and feedback to the production team and wider site. To identify and highlight compliance and non-compliance with Legal and Customerrequirements, especially food safety and integrity. Knowledge expert on X-Ray maintain documentation associated with X-Ray in a current / up to date manner. Working along with the operations team to identify root cause, corrective actions and to ensure continuous improvement post audit e.g., internal audits, customer audits etc. Maintaining and developing sections of the Quality management system in line with our customer requirements. Supporting other functions within the technical team such as specifications and supplier approval. Daily monitoring of production for compliance with BRC and other third party / customer standards. Maintaining production records, traceability, developing QAS photographic documents and training materials. Completion of maintenance / fabrication audits, cleaning checks and swabbing. Dealing with customer complaints and internal non-conformances follow up with traceability information, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions as required. Carry out department traceability tests. Training of staff in site induction requirements, procedures, and work instructions. Building excellent working relationships with the cross-functional teams, our suppliers, and our customers. Allergen validation complete works around schedule update, completion of allergen testing and review of results. Ensure sufficient test kits and consumables are available. Report issues, follow up with appropriate investigation, root cause and implementation of corrective actions. Ensure site audits are completed to schedule and closed with supporting evidence on file to support where appropriate e.g., internal audits / GMP audits / monthly external audit / cleaning and fabrication audits. Assisting in customer and third-party audits. Assist the department managers with other duties as required. Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and visitors. Flexibility and ability to cover QA Auditor role when they are absent / on holiday Essential: Qualification in a food or science-related discipline, or professional experience gained within a food manufacturing environment.
