Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to join a well-regarded organisation in Holywood. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them as necessary.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring a professional environment for staff and visitors.
* Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Support internal teams with meeting arrangements and calendar management.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and efficient manner.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
