Responsibilities Key Finance Business Partner supporting the RM Resources management team Responsible for production of forecasts & budgets ensuring alignment with relevant functional owners Work with the Sales and marketing teams to analyse trends, impact of marketing & promotional activity Support & challenge Product Development teams through the development cycle including production/approval of business cases and on-going monitoring of performance Support month-end activities, including review of actuals and provision of variance analysis including commentary Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements Requirements Exposure to senior leaders in a previous role and experience working in cross functional teams. Ability to represent finance with the business and the business with finance Demonstrated ability to “get behind the numbers” and understand key drivers within a business A high energy, ambitious proactive approach Qualified accountant with previous experience in senior Finance roles Experience in data rich digital environments such as Retail Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail Experience What’s in it for you?
