Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantive consultant post in the department of cellular pathology, St Richards site, Chichester, University Hospitals Sussex NHS foundation trust. This single post, is a permanent position as a replacement. The successful post holder will be a general pathologist with a special interest in reporting gynaecological pathology and ideally two or three further sub specialities. The post holder will also be expected to fully participate multi disciplinary meeting for gynaecological pathology, the delivery of teaching to post graduate trainee pathologists and supervision of specialist biomedical scientists. Main duties of the job The main duties of this post are participation in the reporting of general surgical pathological specimens with a special interest in gynaecological pathology and ideally two or three further specialities, as well non-gynae cytology.
