The Role
As Head of Business, you will play a key role in leading a team of dedicated teachers, shaping the business curriculum to provide an engaging, high-quality educational experience. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day management of the department, supporting professional development for staff, and contributing to the school's broader leadership goals.
Key Responsibilities:

About You
We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring Business Teacher with a history of success in the classroom. Previous experience in a leadership capacity is ideal but not required for applicants who demonstrate readiness for this next career step.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Substantial experience in teaching Business at the secondary level.
3. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Commitment to supporting the personal and academic development of all students.
