Join Our Team as a Digital Services Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Services Officer to join our People Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the knowledge, growth, and capability of our teams.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to design and implement continuous improvement solutions that enhance the overall employee experience and service offering. You will be responsible for maintaining the Oracle PeopleCloud Knowledge system and ensuring the governance and approval process is maintained for all collateral assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Oracle PeopleCloud Knowledge continuous improvement solutions and integrations with the AskHR Chatbot and Help Desk.
* Lead on all quality checking activities and manage all continuous improvement activity where collateral assets need updating.
* Interpret management information from Oracle PeopleCloud Knowledge and user feedback to identify any issues or trends.
* Collaborate with the team to drive high performance and identify and implement service and experience improvements.
