Acting as a first point of contact for the team communicating effectively with a wide range of internal and external personnel.
Support colleagues from across the Trust to use the Incident Management System so they may identify, manage and improve patient safety.
Support the work of the Patient Safety Team by providing accurate information for performance review and provision of reports.
Provide administrative support to training, engagement and improvement activity within incident management and wider patient safety team.
Provide administrative support during high level patient safety meetings to ensure actions are captured and taken forward
