About The Role
This senior management post is an opportunity to join a dynamic research project team based at the University of Warwick’s Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies (CIM). The Digital Health Rights Project engages in cutting-edge participatory action research at the intersection of emerging digital technologies, international and transnational governance, and human rights, with a view to helping communities most affected by the changing digital landscape shape the global policy agenda. You will be part of a committed project team and gain valuable experience managing a large research grant and an international consortium.
The role will operate within a small management team working closely together across diverse organisations, and active staff in different countries. It includes frequent meetings online and some travel and public representation.
This post is available as an internal secondment opportunity.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic experienced research project manager to oversee the activities of the Digital Health and Rights Project, including those of its international consortium, to ensure that all outputs are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have experience of working at an executive or strategic level within either a university or a civil society organisation, and be able to lead the development of a consortium fundraising strategy and the development of follow-on funding proposals.

About The Department
The project - Digital Health and Rights Project is a multicountry research, policy and education project on digital health and human rights which is led by a consortium of civil society, academics, and networks of people living with HIV in low- and middle-income countries. The project uses a participatory action research approach, with young researchers in diverse organisations collaborating to conduct research, provide training in digital human rights, and coordinate international policy impact work.
