Deputy Manager - Children's Residential
Horizon Care and Education have an opportunity in our homes across the West Midlands for a Deputy Manager to join our team in upholding our standards of care, fostering growth, and inspiring positive change.

Responsibilities:
* Work with the Residential Manager, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence.
* Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
* Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence.
* Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed.
* You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner and deliver relationship-based, person-centred care as part of a small team. This will involve a combination of day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
* Financial Management of the home.
* Quality Assurance.
* Upholding professional Care Practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
* We require a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role.
* You will need at least 1 year's experience of Senior Support Work in a Children's Residential setting.
