Technical Performance Analyst Location: London, UK Contract Length: 12 month FTC Your role: This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team at the ground level. We are looking for a data-driven, tech-savvy individual who can combine their knowledge of campaign performance, technology integration, and operational efficiencies to optimise the success of our partnership model. The role will involve setting up and managing data systems, tracking campaign performance, and identifying actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You will also play a critical role in establishing scalable frameworks and integrations for long-term success. While this is a support position, the data you analyse and the processes you implement will directly influence client outcomes and team success. This role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position as the team grows and new opportunities emerge. Day to day you will: Analyse campaign data to uncover actionable insights that drive efficiencies and optimise ad performance. Develop attribution models to measure the impact of various channels (e.g., social media, radio, print) and campaign elements. Oversee real-time reporting systems to track and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights that can be shared with clients through the sales team. Test and recommend small creative optimisations (e.g., headlines, formats) to improve campaign results, aligning with a performance-driven approach. Play a foundational role in the team’s expansion, helping to onboard and mentor future hires as the partnership model scales. Take ownership of tech and data operations, with the potential to evolve into a "Head of Tech" role as the team grows. What we’re looking for from you: Someone who can hit the ground running and help establish tracking, reporting, and optimisation processes for incoming and current campaigns. A proactive, data-driven individual who can crunch performance figures, make recommendations, and implement solutions that save time and increase efficiencies. A tech-savvy problem solver with an understanding of how back-end systems (e.g., landing pages, CRMs) integrate to attribute success across channels. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the team. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience working with APIs, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and tracking tools.
