As our Restaurant Manager, you will…
· Be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and bar and leading the overall Food and Beverage department, including operating some events.
· Be instrumental in ensuring service delivery across the overall department, driving sales and controlling back of house systems and costs. You will also work alongside the Head Chef and Kitchen team to develop the F&B function as a whole and communicate regularly with them to ensure consistency and high standards throughout.
Previous experience within management in hospitality, being able to demonstrate your ability to deliver consistency at pace, motivate the team and manage financial KPIs for the department is essential when applying for this role.
