Your excellent communication skills set you apart. You understand what your customers want and how they feel—asking the right questions, explaining fixes, and ensuring they can carry on with their day. You’re prepared for anything, ready to assist anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers understand and feel safe.
* A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn on the road or in training.
* A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing roadside or recovering vehicles to garages, enabling customers to carry on with their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need :
* NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
* A full category B driving license with 6 points or less. If you don’t have category BE (towing), we’ll fund it for you.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
