Job Description Position: Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £ 32,000 - £34,000 Shifts: Between 8 am - 6 pm Role Overview: As an SDM, you will be responsible for maximising efficiencies within the Clinical community, ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office, and facilitating the delivery of services to achieve contractual SLAs and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a Clinical Support Lead (CSL) to drive compliance, consistency, and quality, creating a performance-driven culture that aligns with our values. Key Activities: Jointly monitor performance to identify trends, risks, and development opportunities. Create and execute appropriate plans in line with HR policies when necessary. Support Resource Managers in planning activity, resource allocation, and effective booking policies. Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with team members. Facilitate daily meetings/huddles with all staff to cascade information and updates. Deliver monthly team meetings, providing operational updates. Promote joint working and maximi s e local relationships with Clinical and Non-Clinical employees. Onboard new employees into the business, ensuring a smooth induction process. Address and review complaints within SLA. Attend Stakeholder Engagement Meetings as required. Review data and implement changes to improve the claimant journey/experience. Complete, check, and approve staff expenses, timesheets, annual leave, shopping carts/procurement requests. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service delivery environment. Strong initiative, proactive nature, and ability to thrive in a challenging environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience leading diverse teams. Professional and composed under pressure. Ability to contribute positively to organizational culture.
