Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week

We are now recruiting for an experienced Stores and Despatch Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities!
You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, continuing to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed performance expectations!
As our Stores and Despatch Supervisor you will be responsible for:
* Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, despatching and assuring quality of goods
* Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of stores activities and employee performance
* Organising and maintaining inventory and storage area
* Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
* Communicating job expectations and coaching employees, building a strong team
* Determining staffing levels and assigning workload
* Interfacing with other departments to answer questions or solve problems
* Maintaining items record, documenting necessary information and utilising reports to project Stores status
* Identifying areas of improvement and establishing innovative or adjusting existing work procedures and practices
* Maintaining health and safety standards
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
* Proven experience as a Stores Supervisor
* Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
* Knowledge of stores software packages and MS Office proficiency
* Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
* Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
* Driving licence
