Job ref: S/01/25 Job type: Permanent Location: Cloonavin Salary: SO1 (SCP 25-27) £35,235-£37,035 per annum Quantity of Posts Available: One Closing date: Monday 27 Jan 2025 16:00 Job summary Support the Land and Property Officer to ensure the day-to-day operational requirements associated with Councils Land and Property Portfolio are met. Responsible for the implementation of systems and processes for the Council's Land and Property records in conjunction with Council's Digital Services department. Carry out research, collate, analyse and draft documents for initial review. Maintain a working knowledge of Council policies and procedures regarding Land and Property and in particular Council's Land and Property policy and Scheme of Delegation. Responsible for the accurate and timely production of all information required for relevant Council and Committee reports and for audit and performance reports when required.
