We have partnered with an exciting end user the heart of South Wales, who have grown into a multinational business, providing a range of financial services and have expanded internationally with operations in Spain, Italy, France, and the USA. They are looking to hire a Salesforce Product Owner / Manager, to drive the daily management, adoption and development of Salesforce, work with the business to understand challenges and break them down and deliver solutions. Responsibilities Define and manage the Salesforce platform vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Understand business processes and workflows to drive technical improvements and solutions within Salesforce. Work closely with Salesforce team to ensure successful delivery of features and functionality. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce, including automation, integrations, and user experience improvements. Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users to ensure high adoption rates and efficient use of Salesforce. Requirements Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Salesforce certifications are a plus On Offer This is offered as a fulltime position with a hybrid working style, paying a salary up to £75,000.
