Hours per Week: 37 (part-time hours may be considered)

The Role:

What you'll do:
* Develop and deliver an improved Population Health Analytics offer for NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated.
* In collaboration with the Local Authority, play an integral role in the development and integration of a Population Health function within the Integrated Care Board, in a fast-paced and evolving area of health service management.
* Connect with the Population Health Team that sits in the Chief Medical Officer’s Directorate in the Integrated Care Board and drive forward initiatives to create an aligned intelligence function across the Integrated Care Board and partner organisations in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

Travel Requirements:
You may be required to visit other locations within Hampshire [and the Isle of Wight or other local authority], and therefore need to have the ability to travel, as necessary.
