Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, direction and support to colleagues including scheduling holidays, managing uniform and other equipment requests, managing absences and providing a key point of contact for colleagues
* Recruiting and onboarding new hires
* HR duties including reviews and disciplinary actions
* Driving development of employees including sourcing training opportunities
* Ensure that quality of work and service is maintained

Qualifications
* Management, Customer Service and HR experience
* Strong administrative skills
* Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and willingness to multitask
