The Role As a Y6 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Work one-to-one and with small groups of children to boost learning outcomes and prepare for SATS Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with planning, preparation, and resource organization. Provide emotional and social support to pupils, fostering their development. Experienced in working with primary-age children (desirable but not essential). Patient and adaptable, with a nurturing approach to learning.
