Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will organise and lead by example a team of Sales Representatives to work toward agreed targets. You will provide coaching and training to sales personnel to improve their job performance, with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction, prospecting, customer follow-up, the sales process, time management, and product knowledge. You will be responsible for achieving external sales targets and meeting internal budgetary requirements.
