Salary: £30k - £45k per annum (depending on experience), plus a discretionary £5k yearly bonus. Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide podiatry assessments, treatments, and care to patients.
Develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans for effective outcomes.
Manage a caseload while supporting and guiding the team where necessary.
Ensure adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and CQC requirements.
Actively participate in the growth and development of the podiatry services.
Offer excellent customer service to patients, carers, and external healthcare professionals.
Engage in the business development process by supporting future revenue streams.
Requirements:
BSc (or equivalent) in Podiatry.
HCPC registration.
Minimum 1 years experience in a podiatry role (5 years+ for leadership positions).
Strong clinical skills in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Leadership and management experience is desirable for senior roles.
Desirable Qualifications:
Non-medical prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake.
Experience in managing chronic and complex wounds.
Clinical Educator experience.
Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry.
