Personality
This is a crucial role and requires ownership and accountability for customer enquiries and requests, playing a major part in how our customers perceive our service and the overall customer experience. You will be providing an excellent service to our professional customers and have the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
Reward
1. 28 days annual leave (plus 1 additional “culture day” & bank holidays) – increases to 30 days with 5 years’ service
2. Hybrid working – 1-2 days a week in the office once trained
3. 35 hours per week – Monday – Friday – 9.00am – 5.00pm
