Qualifications/training and professional development
Essential criteria
* A minimum of 2 GCSE passes at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths & English
* NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) or willing to work towards
Experience

* Experience of working in a team
* Knowledge of good customer care
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in pharmacy
* Experience of working in a customer-facing role
* Experience of working in a busy environment
Skills, abilities and knowledge
Essential criteria
* Numerate - able to carry out simple calculations
* Literate - able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
* IT skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C/4, including using Microsoft Office software including Excel
* Able to follow instructions and written procedures
* Able to use own initiative and shows attention to detail
