The Role
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will play a key part in making our guests' experience one they will always remember, leading a team that is proud to deliver up to the highest expectations. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you would take ownership of the breakfast service ensuring it runs smoothly, being a Trafalgar St. James ambassador and a role model that the team can look up to it; holding extremely high expectations to consistently ensure the utmost distinction on standards of food and services are maintained.
The Person
An ideal candidate is a person with a clear passion for service. You are able to lead a team under pressure to deliver an unforgettable experience to our inhouse guest and external clients. The ability to multitask and prioritise is important, as well as the ability to manage conflict and act proactively. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, produce quality work and be flexible to work shifts as per business requirements.
Experience within a similar environment is essential as well as great attitude, quality and interpersonal skills. We will give you the tools to ensure you are successful in your role.
