Procurement and Contracts Officer (Two posts)
The Opportunity
37.5 HOURS PER WEEK, 52 WEEKS PER YEAR
There are two roles available as a Procurement and Contracts Officer which will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Team in developing and implementing the school’s procurement strategy. The postholder will have responsibility for the school purchase ledger and assist in the maintenance of accurate and timely accounting records. The Postholder will also ensure that purchases of goods and services comply with the School’s requirements for effective and appropriate procedures, including oversight of a number of key supplier contracts.
With 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above (including Maths and English) you will be an experienced user of accounts payable systems within a finance team. You will be able to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and will be computer literate particularly in Microsoft programmes.
