As our Senior Digital Project Manager, you will:
* Oversee team members to deliver the requirements listed above; engage and liaise with key stakeholders.
* Support the delivery of day-to-day activities and projects.
* Manage teams and drive delivery of a range of business initiatives and projects.
* Support the identification and sharing of best practices in employee engagement.
* Operate in a highly political and sensitive environment.
* Support the portfolio of initiatives in demonstrating value for money for the current spend through tracking, managing, and delivering agreed benefits.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven project manager with strong experience in the successful delivery of digital solutions.
NHS, local authority or other ICS experience would be beneficial but not essential.
You will demonstrate a strong focus on the delivery of outcomes and benefits rather than just the technology.

Job responsibilities
The Senior Digital Project Manager will directly contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of our population through the initiatives that we deliver.
Delivering projects, initiatives, and services on time and in a cost-effective way.
Supporting the identification and sharing of best practices in employee engagement.
Proactively managing stakeholders, responding to and resolving conflicts between different stakeholders when they arise through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms.
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of work supporting the delivery of projects on time, to quality standards, and in a cost-effective manner. Maintain project documents and associated plans with regular team meetings to monitor progress and resources.
Ensuring the flexibility of the project if required to meet conflicting/changing requirements.
Considering the impact of any change the projects will have on the business and overseeing the handover of any products to ensure full ownership and buy-in within the business. Advocate the projects at senior and executive levels and ensure active engagement and sponsorship within the NHS as a whole.
Ensuring that the projects maintain business focus, have clear authority, and that the context, including risks, are actively managed in alignment with the strategic priorities of the NHS.

Qualifications and Experience
* Educated to degree or Master's level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience working at a senior level in a specialist area.
* Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
* Experience in managing risks and issues.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
* Experience in communications and stakeholder management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Project Management Qualification such as Prince 2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post-graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
* Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.
* Experience in communications and stakeholder management.
* Experience in managing risks and issues.
* Experience of benefit analysis and tracking.
* Experience of working in healthcare or public sector environments.
* Clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
