We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Physician's Associate to join our Education team as a Non-Medical Clinical Education Fellow. The role is split 40:60 between your current role and the Education department, and as such will need agreement from your line manager. We are looking for someone who is interested in teaching primarily undergraduate medical students and Physician's Associate students, but who also actively seeks out and devises learning opportunities for all staff members at Wye Valley Trust. We aim to give you the autonomy to develop your own ideas, but we will strongly support you both within a 20-strong Academy team, and by financially supporting you to work towards a PGCME. Main duties of the job The post holder will develop the Physician Associate (PA) Clinical Education Fellow (CEF) role to improve knowledge relating to their specialist interest across the organisation. The post-holder will be required to independently prepare, organise, facilitate, and deliver teaching sessions for Foundation Year trainees, undergraduates, and other healthcare professionals.
